Shipping policy
All of our packages are sent via NZ Post's courier service. We process our orders daily from Monday-Friday. Excluding public holidays.
Once an order is ready to be sent, an email is sent to you with your tracking information. In most cases, you will receive your item after 1 working day unless there are shipping delays outside of our control. If we become aware of any shipping issues through NZ Post, we can inform you (the purchaser) immediately.
